In this role, you'll be using our in-house Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions, manage inventory, and generate reports. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
• Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues and answering customer inquiries promptly.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring that products are stocked and displayed according to our standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and cleaning as needed.
• Generate and reconcile daily sales reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security checks.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with retail standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with the retail team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
