📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for various projects using tools like Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
• Analyze project requirements and develop cost-effective solutions that meet client needs and project objectives.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure estimates are comprehensive and realistic.
• Review and approve estimates to ensure they comply with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor project progress and adjust estimates as needed to reflect changes in scope, schedule, or costs.
• Maintain accurate records of all estimates and related documentation.
• Provide regular reports and updates to project managers and clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve estimation processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost estimation, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
• Proven expertise in using estimation software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and other relevant tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Professional certification in cost estimation or project management is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
