As part of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through strategic partnerships and customer relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, and driving sales performance. You will work closely with our marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

Your daily tasks will include visiting hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering services to understand their needs, provide product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts. You will also be responsible for tracking sales performance, analyzing market trends, and reporting to the sales manager. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the HORECA sector.
Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth through strategic partnerships.
Visit hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering services to understand their needs and provide product demonstrations.
Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of products.
Track sales performance and analyze market trends to inform sales strategies.
Report to the sales manager on a regular basis.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Attend trade shows and industry events to network and build relationships with potential clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or HORECA industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using sales tools such as CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
