📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Oversee HR compliance and ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Handle office logistics, including procurement, inventory management, and facility maintenance.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll.
- Maintain and update HR documentation and records.
- Support the management team in planning and executing corporate events and activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and general affairs.
- Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with office management tools like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
