📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Administer and manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct regular training and development programs for employees.,Handle payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
