NEXUS Sejahtera is seeking a dedicated Inventory Staff to join our team in Tenggarong. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about inventory management and wants to make a difference in our company.

As an Inventory Staff, you will be responsible for managing our inventory system, ensuring that we have the right products in stock at the right time. You will work closely with our sales and purchasing teams to ensure that our inventory levels are optimized.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Work with the purchasing team to place orders for restocking.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that products are available for customers.
  • Update and maintain the inventory management system.
  • Generate regular inventory reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with all inventory policies and procedures.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory processes.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Inventory Management, or a related field is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
