🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems,Proficiency in using IT tools and software,Good problem-solving and analytical skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with IT security best practices
