In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Drive sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities.,Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service and support.,Manage and execute account plans, including setting targets and tracking performance.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on account performance and market conditions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 0-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with the logistics and freight industry is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proactive, results-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
