Crown Place Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Distribution Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our distribution network to ensure timely and efficient delivery of our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics and a proven track record in distribution management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution network to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Oversee the day-to-day operations of the distribution team, including scheduling, routing, and resource allocation.,Monitor and analyze distribution performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement strategies to optimize distribution routes and reduce delivery times.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and third-party logistics providers.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on distribution performance and trends.,Train and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge in distribution management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution management, with a proven track record in a similar role.,Strong understanding of logistics software and systems, such as TMS (Transportation Management System) and WMS (Warehouse Management System).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and industry standards in the logistics sector.,Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve high performance.
