📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring prompt delivery of meals.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring all payments are processed correctly.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including restrooms and common areas.
• Assist in stocking and organizing inventory to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow health and safety protocols, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including shift schedules and break times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-food or restaurant environment, preferably in a customer service or cash handling role.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
