PT Duta Mahkota is seeking a talented and experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for creating a positive work environment. This is a remote position, but the candidate must be based in Bontang, Kalimantan Timur.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with labor laws,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees,Manage employee benefits and compensation programs,Coordinate with management to address employee concerns and resolve conflicts,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using HR management software and other relevant tools,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages
