Unggul Media Abadi is looking for a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing sales activities in your assigned area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop sales activities in the assigned area.,Set and achieve sales targets and quotas.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.,Conduct market analysis and identify new business opportunities.,Train and mentor sales team members.,Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.,Participate in company-wide sales initiatives and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with sales management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
