📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement QESH programs to ensure compliance with international standards and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to QESH policies.
Provide strategic recommendations to senior management to enhance QESH performance and reduce risks.
Train and mentor staff on QESH best practices and procedures.
Monitor and report on QESH performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and achieve business objectives.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in QESH management.
Ensure all QESH documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in QESH management, preferably in a retail or consumer products environment.
Certification in QESH management, such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of QESH regulations and standards, including ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and OHSAS 18001.
Proficient in using QESH management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
