📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing administrative tasks such as scheduling, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office records.,Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and mail.,Support the HR department by assisting with employee records, payroll processing, and benefits administration.,Maintain and update administrative systems and databases.,Prepare and distribute reports and documents as required.,Provide administrative support to the management team.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems is a plus.,Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
