📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for operation.,Coordinate with mechanics and other service providers to schedule and complete vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Oversee fuel management, including ordering, delivering, and monitoring fuel usage.,Schedule and assign drivers to vehicles based on operational needs and ensure they are properly trained and certified.,Monitor vehicle performance and usage, and report any issues or concerns to management.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.,Participate in fleet improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
