📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Visit retail outlets, supermarkets, and other distribution channels to promote and sell fragrance products.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide exceptional service.
- Ensure products are well-displayed and stocked according to company standards.
- Collect and report sales data to the sales team.
- Assist in market research and customer feedback collection.
- Participate in company promotions and sales events.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or retail, preferably in the fragrance or cosmetics industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Good understanding of retail operations and customer service.
- Familiarity with sales software and tools such as Salesforce or similar.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
