📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure targets are met and quality standards are maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in garment manufacturing, with a focus on production supervision.
- Proven experience in quality control and process improvement.
- Strong knowledge of SAP and ERP systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management standards.
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
