Tech Home Ekspansindo is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Malang. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from advertising to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Assist in the development of training programs for employees.,Coordinate with management to ensure HR strategies align with business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems.
