YIELD Berjaya is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Auditor to join our team. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about ensuring compliance and maintaining the integrity of our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing and a keen eye for detail. This role is based in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat, and offers a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting regular and special audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with laws and regulations.,Reviewing financial statements, internal policies, and procedures to ensure accuracy and adherence to company standards.,Identifying risks and areas for improvement within the organization.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control systems.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure a comprehensive understanding of business processes.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control procedures and compliance requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,At least 3 years of experience in internal auditing.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using auditing software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA) is a plus.
