📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.,Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales and revenue.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.,Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure the company remains competitive.,Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve targets.,Provide regular reports on sales performance and client feedback to senior management.,Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach and influence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client accounts.,Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales methodologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and business culture.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
