As a Lead UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design process, mentoring junior designers, and ensuring that all design projects are completed on time and within budget. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to completion, ensuring that all designs are user-centered and meet business objectives.,Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and support to help them grow and develop their skills.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to ensure that designs are feasible and align with project goals.,Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience.,Create and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve design quality and user experience.,Manage the design process, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting, to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.,Present design concepts and final designs to stakeholders, and gather feedback to refine and improve designs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.,5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.,Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects, including mobile and web applications.,Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.,Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.,Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Experience leading and mentoring junior designers.,Understanding of design systems and style guides, and the ability to create and maintain them.
