📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development of high-quality automotive components, ensuring they meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and production teams to optimize component design and manufacturing processes.
• Utilize CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) to streamline development and production workflows.
• Conduct cost analysis and implement strategies to reduce production costs without compromising quality.
• Monitor supplier performance and negotiate contracts to ensure reliable and high-quality component supply.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to drive continuous improvement in component development.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in all development and production activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in part development, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proven track record in leading component development projects from concept to production.
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
• Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations, such as ISO, ASME, and automotive-specific guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
