As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our dental clinic's growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Conduct job analyses to understand the needs of the dental clinic and identify key requirements for each role.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and provide recommendations for suitable candidates.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to ensure competitive recruitment practices.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process to enhance their experience with our organization.,Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role within the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and department heads.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian employment laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
