📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Sourcing and screening potential candidates for job openings.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a good fit between candidates and the role.,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders.,Maintaining a strong candidate database and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.,Providing regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics to the management team.,Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
