📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and profitability.
  • Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Monitor and report on branch performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise, working collaboratively with other departments to find solutions.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, as required.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a similar industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
