📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct regular fire safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.,Lead and coordinate fire suppression and emergency response teams during incidents.,Develop and implement fire safety programs and protocols to prevent and mitigate fire hazards.,Provide training and education to staff and the public on fire safety and emergency procedures.,Investigate fire incidents to determine causes and recommend preventive measures.,Collaborate with local authorities, emergency services, and other stakeholders to enhance community safety.,Maintain and update emergency response plans and procedures.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of fire safety measures and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Fire Science, Safety Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fire safety and emergency response.,Certification as a Fire Officer or equivalent professional qualification.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Knowledge of local fire safety regulations and best practices.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive emergency vehicles.
