📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and interpret operational data using tools like Excel, Power BI, and SQL to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and sustainability in our plantations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and opportunities.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of operational processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to drive strategic decision-making.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in agribusiness and plantation management.
• Train and mentor junior staff on operational best practices and data analysis techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness, Agricultural Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations analysis or a similar role within the agribusiness or plantation management industry.
• Proficient in using data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in agribusiness and plantation management.
• Certification in Agribusiness or Plantation Management is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
