📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular safety inspections and assessments to identify and address potential hazards in the workplace.
• Provide first aid and emergency response to employees and contractors in case of accidents or illnesses.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of safety inspections, incidents, and first aid treatments.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures in accordance with OSH regulations and company policies.
• Train employees and contractors on safety procedures, emergency protocols, and the use of personal protective equipment.
• Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and coordinating with other departments.
• Collaborate with contractors to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all parties involved.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Registered Nurse (RN) certification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare or safety-related role.
• Strong knowledge of OSH regulations and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and local language (Filipino).
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
