📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Oversee HR compliance and ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
• Coordinate employee training and development programs.
• Handle office logistics, including procurement, inventory management, and facility maintenance.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll.
• Maintain and update HR documentation and records.
• Support the management team in planning and executing corporate events and activities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and general affairs.
• Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with office management tools like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
