As a Leasing Officer, you’ll leverage your deep understanding of the commercial real estate market in Bali to identify and pursue high-potential leasing opportunities. You’ll work closely with our property management team, marketing department, and tenant services to ensure seamless operations and exceptional tenant experiences. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and negotiate leasing agreements for commercial spaces in premium locations across Bali.
• Conduct market research and tenant analysis to identify and pursue high-potential leasing opportunities.
• Collaborate with property management, marketing, and tenant services teams to ensure smooth operations and tenant satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing tenants, both locally and internationally.
• Monitor market trends and competitive pricing to maximize occupancy and revenue for commercial properties.
• Prepare and present comprehensive leasing reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with leasing regulations and best practices in commercial real estate.
• Assist in the development and implementation of leasing strategies to drive business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial leasing, preferably in a high-volume or luxury real estate market.
• Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing leasing deals.
• Strong understanding of the commercial real estate market in Bali, including local regulations and trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or OnQ is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
