📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit retail outlets, supermarkets, and other distribution channels to promote and sell fragrance products.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide exceptional service.
• Ensure products are well-displayed and stocked according to company standards.
• Collect and report sales data to the sales team.
• Assist in market research and customer feedback collection.
• Participate in company promotions and sales events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or retail, preferably in the fragrance or cosmetics industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Good understanding of retail operations and customer service.
• Familiarity with sales software and tools such as Salesforce or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
