📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily production operations to ensure targets are met and quality standards are maintained.
Monitor and analyze production data using SAP and ERP systems to identify areas for improvement.
Conduct quality inspections and implement corrective actions to minimize defects.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and ensure smooth workflow.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the production team.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and achieve production goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in garment manufacturing, with a focus on production supervision.
Proven experience in quality control and process improvement.
Strong knowledge of SAP and ERP systems.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management standards.
Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
