📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and negotiate leasing agreements for commercial spaces in premium locations across Bali.
Conduct market research and tenant analysis to identify and pursue high-potential leasing opportunities.
Collaborate with property management, marketing, and tenant services teams to ensure smooth operations and tenant satisfaction.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing tenants, both locally and internationally.
Monitor market trends and competitive pricing to maximize occupancy and revenue for commercial properties.
Prepare and present comprehensive leasing reports to senior management.
Ensure compliance with leasing regulations and best practices in commercial real estate.
Assist in the development and implementation of leasing strategies to drive business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial leasing, preferably in a high-volume or luxury real estate market.
Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing leasing deals.
Strong understanding of the commercial real estate market in Bali, including local regulations and trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or OnQ is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
