📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and presentations to update the team on market trends, product information, and promotional activities.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance data using tools like Microsoft Excel and Salesforce, providing regular reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the modern trade industry.
