📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Presenting news, interviews, and other programming on our TV and radio channels
• Developing and executing broadcast schedules in collaboration with the production team
• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality, engaging content that meets the needs of our audience
• Managing on-air talent and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Using broadcast software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and OBS Studio for content creation and editing
• Conducting research and writing scripts for news segments and other programming
• Collaborating with the marketing team to promote our content and reach new audiences
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall strategic direction of the broadcasting department

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Broadcasting, Communication, Journalism, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in TV or radio broadcasting, with a strong background in news and current affairs
• Proven track record of presenting and producing high-quality, engaging content
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
• Proficiency in broadcast software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and OBS Studio
• Strong understanding of media laws and regulations, and a commitment to ethical journalism
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in Indonesian, with additional language skills a plus
