📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.
• Support the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Contribute to organizational development initiatives, including performance management and employee training programs.
• Assist in the analysis of HR metrics and data to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.
• Gain exposure to various HR tools and software, such as Greenhouse, BambooHR, and Workday.
• Assist in the planning and execution of HR events and activities, such as team-building exercises and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest and passion for human resources and organizational development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as Greenhouse, BambooHR, or Workday.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
