🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR development or a related role.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing training programs.
• Strong knowledge of performance management systems and tools such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in HR development or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
