📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Translate documents, reports, and other materials between Mandarin and English with high accuracy.
Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, conferences, and events.
Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication between Mandarin-speaking clients and English-speaking colleagues.
Conduct research to maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry-specific terminology.
Adapt translations and interpretations to suit different cultural contexts.
Review and edit translated materials to ensure quality and consistency.
Assist in training new team members on language-related tasks.
Stay informed about developments in translation and interpretation technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Translation, Interpretation, Linguistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in translation and interpretation.
Proficiency in using translation software such as Trados, SDL Trados Studio, or MemoQ.
Certification in Mandarin-English translation or interpretation is a plus.
Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity to different languages and contexts.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
